LOTUS MENDES RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Lotus Mendes we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase but if you are not we are more than happy to accept your return for a full refund or credit note minus the original cost of delivery.
 
How do I return an item?

  1. Email customerservice@lotusmendes.com for a RETURN FORM
  2. Return your item to the address specified on the return form within 14 working days (21 days for international orders)
  3. Send via your local postal service with a tracking number
  4. Receive your refund (or credit note) within 10 working days of us receiving your return

Please note that items must be returned to Lotus Mendes within 14 working days in an unworn, unused, unmarked condition in the original box with all original packaging or tags attached. Sale items and pre-ordered/ wait list items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Please use a tracking number on all returns/ exchanges, we can only refund/ exchange for goods we receive that adhere to our terms.
 
What is the Lotus Mendes Refund Policy?

Lotus Mendes refund in the same manner in which you paid for your purchase. If you paid using a Credit Card or PayPal your refund will be credited into the same account your payment came from. If you purchased an item using part Credit Card, part gift voucher; the amount you paid with credit card will be credited back into the same account, and we will reissue you with a new gift voucher. We do not credit cash where vouchers have been used.
 
Upon receipt of your package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued. We have the right to refuse returns and refunds if our policies have not been followed correctly. Alternatively you can request a credit note that will be valid for 6 months.
 
If your refund is rejected based on goods not being in original condition we will reship them back to you and the cost will be charged to your account.
 
Please note, promotional vouchers can’t be refunded or reissued after a return, as they are a freebie for you for being such a great customer!
 
Shipping costs will not be refunded to the purchaser except if the product is found to be faulty.
 
What is Lotus Mendes’ refund processing time?
 
We will process your refund within 10 business days of receiving the returned goods. Please remember, your financial institution can take an extra few days to clear the funds back into your account.
 
How do I Exchange via the Lotus Mendes online store?
 
If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative items, you are required to place a new order and then return the unwanted item.

What if my Lotus Mendes item is faulty?

We want our Lotus Mendes customers to be 100% happy with their purchases so we offer a 6 month warranty on all items. If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, please notify us immediately by contacting our customer service centre at customerservice@lotusmendes.com quoting the order number and fault or incorrect item. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have sent back the wrong or faulty item. Items that are considered faulty are those that were received by you in a damaged condition. To speed up the process our customer service team will ask you to provide a couple of photographs of the defects. Natural wear and tear to a product is not a sign that the item is faulty. Our care instructions must be followed to be eligible for our warranty. Please note that faulty products can only be exchanged for the same product in the same size if available. Where possible, faulty goods will be repaired before they are replaced.

What if I received an item I didn't order?

If the item you received is different from the one you ordered, please contact our Lotus Mendes customer service team within 7 days so that we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
