LOTUS MENDES DELIVERY POLICY
We offer Express Delivery to all of our Australian customers so that you get your purchase as soon as possible. We try our best to dispatch items from our warehouse within 24 hours. We only ship on business days (Monday to Friday), not weekends or public holidays. We charge a flat rate of $13.95 Australia wide.
How long will my order take?
Most metropolitan orders placed before midday will arrive the next business day, regional areas may take longer to receive deliveries. Please check Australia Post (http://auspost.com.au/business/express-post-delivery-network.html) for express delivery times in your area. We aim to dispatch from our warehouse within 24 hours and if your order is placed before MIDDAY (Monday to Friday) we will make our best effort to get it out to you that day.
Can I track my order?
A tracking ID is sent to you via email after Lotus Mendes has dispatched your order. You can check where your order is by following the link in the email onto the Australia Post website.
For orders that require a signature, if you are not home, a notice will be left at your address notifying you of alternate delivery or pick-up arrangements. Within Australia you will usually be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post.
Can I change my shipping address?
Your shipping address can be changed as long as your order has not left the Lotus Mendes warehouse. To change your shipping address, contact our customer service team as soon as possible
Does Lotus Mendes offer International Shipping?
Most International orders are charged around $20AUD for delivery and the delivery time will vary but Lotus Mendes will always choose the express option with tracking. The customer will be responsible for any customs or import charges. You will be emailed a tracking number on dispatch. Delivery time excludes customs clearance delays for your country. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
If a customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the order is returned to Lotus Mendes, the customer will cover the cost of re-shipping the order.
